Does continuous arterial blood pressure monitoring during surgery benefit patients who are high risk, particularly those who are older and living with frailty?

This study looks at whether continuously checking blood pressure during hip fracture surgery helps older, frailer patients. Instead of occasional cuff checks, it uses a constant wrist monitor. We want to see if this method improves patient outcomes compared to standard checks, especially for preventing harmful low blood pressure.
