A Study of TAK-755 in Adults With Acute Ischemic Stroke
This study is testing a new medicine, TAK-755, for adults who have had a sudden stroke (acute ischemic stroke). It aims to see how safe TAK-755 is, how well people tolerate it, and if it helps them recover compared to a dummy medicine. All participants also receive standard stroke care.

A Study of TAK-755 in Participants With Congenital Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
This study is looking at a new medicine called TAK-755 for people born with a rare blood clotting condition called TTP. It aims to see if TAK-755 can prevent or treat serious TTP flare-ups and check for any long-term side effects.
