A Trial of TAK-861 for the Treatment of Narcolepsy With Cataplexy
This study is testing a new medicine, TAK-861, for narcolepsy with cataplexy. We want to see how well it works, how long its effects last, and if it's safe. Participants will take the drug, then some will switch to a dummy pill to observe their symptoms.

A Study of TAK-861 for the Treatment of Selected Central Hypersomnia Conditions
This study is testing a new medicine, TAK-861, for people with narcolepsy type 1. It checks how safe the medicine is and if it helps reduce sleepiness and sudden muscle weakness. Participants have already taken TAK-861 in previous studies.
