TAD in Primary Breast Cancer With Initially ≥ 3 Suspicious Lymph Nodes

This study looks at a new, less invasive surgery called TAD for breast cancer that has spread to many lymph nodes. It compares TAD to a more involved surgery (ALND) to see how effective TAD is at finding all affected nodes after chemotherapy, aiming to reduce side effects.
