Acute Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction - COngestion Discharge Evaluation

This study looks at people with a type of heart failure called 'heart failure with reduced ejection fraction' who are in hospital. Researchers want to find early signs of problems, like swelling, to help prevent them from needing to come back to the hospital soon after discharge.
