APCext : Effect of Temporary Porto-caval Shunt During Liver Transplantation on Function of Liver Graft From Extended Criteria Donor

This study looks at a special technique during liver transplants for when donor livers aren't perfect. We want to see if a temporary bypass, called a porto-caval shunt, helps protect the new liver and makes it work better by reducing stress during the operation.
