The preSPG4 Study - Studying the Prodromal and Early Phase of SPG4

This study looks at people who might get Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (SPG4) or are in its early stages. We want to understand how the condition develops over time, even before symptoms appear, to find better ways to help in the future.
