Efficacy of Sub-laminar and/or Interspinous Tethers to Prevent Proximal Junctional Kyphosis After Surgical Correction of Adult Spinal Deformity

This study looks at new ways to prevent a back problem called Proximal Junctional Kyphosis (PJK) after spinal surgery. We're comparing whether using special 'tethers' at the top of a spinal fusion helps reduce the number of people who get PJK.
