The ACTIVE Trial: A Prospective Randomised Control Trial Of The H1 Implant Versus Total Hip Replacement

This study compares a new type of hip replacement, called a hip resurfacing, with the standard total hip replacement. It aims to see if the new resurfacing option works just as well for people with hip arthritis, looking at how well patients recover, their physical activity, and any problems they might have.
