Evaluating a relational approach to working with young people who self-harm

This study looks at a type of talking therapy called Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) for young people aged 13-17 who self-harm. It aims to see if it's possible to run a larger study on whether CAT can help. Participants will either receive usual care or CAT plus usual care.
