A feasibility randomised controlled trial of a novel postural management night-time intervention to improve respiratory health of children with complex neurodisability (ADAPT)

The ADAPT study looks at a new way to help children with complex conditions breathe better at night. It tests a special sleeping position called Breathe-Easy to see if it's safe for parents to use at home and if it helps children avoid chest infections.
