Evaluating the impact of pre-operative versus post-operative radiotherapy in patients undergoing mastectomy with autologous breast reconstruction

This study compares giving radiotherapy before or after breast cancer surgery and reconstruction. It aims to see which timing leads to better reconstruction results and faster recovery for women having a mastectomy and rebuilding their breast with their own tissue.
