This is a prospective cohort study in which we will ask men at high risk of prostate cancer or with a diagnosis of prost clinical trials

Aiming to understand how the primary tumour in the prostate, and the treatment of this, can affect secondary tumours at other sites

This study looks at how treating the main prostate cancer tumour can affect any cancer that has spread. We want to find better ways to treat advanced prostate cancer and stop it from becoming resistant to medicines.
