Memory reshaping for depression: a randomised controlled feasibility trial of a novel blended digital therapy

This study is testing a new digital app called MemReD for people with depression. It helps users reshape memories that might contribute to low mood. Participants will use either the MemReD app or a standard online therapy for 8 weeks from home. It aims to offer a new way to help those struggling with depression.
