A feasibility study to evaluate platelet-rich plasma and autologous lipotransfer to treat vulval fibrosis in lichen sclerosus

This study looks into new ways to treat scarring from a skin condition called lichen sclerosus, which affects the vulva. It compares two new treatments – fat injections and platelet-rich plasma – with standard cream treatment to see if they are safe and helpful, and if a bigger study should be done.
