An intensive care unit randomised trial - comparing two approaches to providing nutrition during critical illness

This study looks at how giving food differently to very sick patients in intensive care might help prevent confusion. Instead of continuous feeding, some patients will get their food only during the day. We want to see if this helps their body clock and reduces delirium.
