PERCUTANEOUS EMBOLECTOMY, LOW DOSE THROMBOLYSIS OR HEPARIN FOR INTERMEDIATE HIGH RISK PULMONARY EMBOLISM

This study is looking at different ways to treat 'intermediate-high risk' pulmonary embolism (PE), which is a blood clot in the lungs. It compares dissolving the clot with medicine or removing it with a small procedure, to standard blood thinners. The goal is to find the best way to help people get better.
