Interleukin-6 Guided Treatment With Dexamethasone or Tocilizumab in Patients Hospitalized With Acute Respiratory Symptoms - a Feasibility Study

This study looks at a new way to treat serious breathing problems in hospital. We're testing if checking a blood marker called IL-6 can help us give treatments like Dexamethasone or Tocilizumab earlier to stop people from getting sicker.
