ToFAcitinib in Early Active Axial SpondyloarThritis:

This study is testing a medicine called tofacitinib for people with early, active axial spondyloarthritis. It aims to see if tofacitinib works better than a dummy pill (placebo) at reducing symptoms and is safe to use. Patients will also take their usual anti-inflammatory medicine.
