Safety and Tolerability of TOP-N53 Applied on Digital Ulcers in Patients With Systemic Sclerosis

This study is testing a new gel called TOP-N53 for finger wounds (digital ulcers) in people with a condition called systemic sclerosis. We want to see if it's safe and if it helps with pain, itching, and healing. It's for adults aged 18-69.
