Topical TRanexamic Acid vs. Placebo on Acute Postoperative Pain Following DRF Fixation

This study is looking at whether a medicine called tranexamic acid (TXA), put directly onto a wrist fracture during surgery, can help reduce pain afterwards. We want to see if it means you'll need fewer painkillers and can use your wrist better, compared to not using it.
