Assessment of the Effects of Maela Connected Follow-up on Well-being and Pain After Lumbar Spine Surgery

This study looks at how a special app could help people recover from back surgery. We want to see if using the app after lumbar spine surgery helps with pain and makes life better compared to standard care. Only adults aged 18 to 60 having their first back surgery can take part.
