Bleeding Reduction in Acute and Chronic Kidney Patients Having Surgery (BRACKETS) Pilot Trial

This study looks at two medicines, tranexamic acid and desmopressin, to see if they can reduce serious bleeding in people with kidney disease who are having surgery. It's a first step to see if a bigger study should be done.
