Rate of Tranexamic Acid Administration on Blood Pressure (RateTXA) Study.
This study looks at how fast we give tranexamic acid (a drug to stop bleeding) to pregnant women having a C-section affects their blood pressure. We're comparing giving it over 1 minute versus 10 minutes to see if the speed makes a difference.

Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Commonly Used Drugs in Lactating Women and Breastfed Infants
This study looks at how medicines mothers take get into breast milk and affect their babies. We need breastfeeding mums taking common drugs to help us learn more about drug levels in milk and babies, to ensure safer choices for mums and their infants.
