TransCon CNP, Placebo for TransCon CNP clinical trials

ApproaCH: A Phase 2b, Multicenter, Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-controlled Trial evaluating Efficacy and Safety of Subcutaneous Doses of TransCon CNP Administered Once Weekly for 52 Weeks in Children with Achondroplasia followed by an Open Label Extension period

This study, called ApproaCH, is testing a new medicine called TransCon CNP for children and teenagers with achondroplasia. It wants to see if the medicine helps them grow taller over a year, compared to a dummy medicine. After this, all children will get the new medicine.
