Non-invasive Vagus Nerve Stimulation and Sleep in Healthy Volunteers.

This study looks at whether a small device placed on the ear can improve sleep. Healthy volunteers will try a special ear stimulation for 30 minutes to see if it helps them sleep better and feel more rested during the day. Researchers will compare sleep results from two sessions.
