Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trazodone Effects on Sleep and Blood Pressure in Insomnia
This study looks at how two common insomnia treatments, talking therapy (CBT-I) and a medication called trazodone, affect sleep and blood pressure. It aims to find out if these treatments work differently for people with different types of insomnia.

Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Commonly Used Drugs in Lactating Women and Breastfed Infants
This study looks at how medicines mothers take get into breast milk and affect their babies. We need breastfeeding mums taking common drugs to help us learn more about drug levels in milk and babies, to ensure safer choices for mums and their infants.
