Evaluation of Treosulfan Versus Melphalan Conditioning Followed by PTCy in Patients With AML and MDS Undergoing Allogeneic Transplantation

This study looks at two types of chemotherapy, Treosulfan and Melphalan, often given before a stem cell transplant for blood cancers like AML and MDS. We want to see which one works better and has fewer side effects for patients.
