Ultrasound Estimation of Fetal Macrosomia at Term: Diagnostic Accuracy Within 24 Hours of Delivery

This study looks at how well ultrasound scans predict if a baby will be born larger than average (macrosomia). We're checking if an ultrasound closer to the birth, within 24 hours, gives a more accurate estimate of a baby's weight to help doctors make better decisions.
