Meniscal INfiltration of Corticosteroid Guided With Ultra Sonography

This study looks at whether injecting a common steroid called betamethasone into the knee, guided by ultrasound, helps relieve pain from a common knee problem called a meniscus lesion. We're comparing it to an inactive injection to see if it works better.
