Combination Letermovir and Standard of Care Antiviral for Enhanced Antiviral Response in Cytomegalovirus Infection in Lung Transplant Recipients

This study looks at a new drug, Letermovir, combined with usual treatments for a common virus called CMV in people who have had lung transplants. We want to see if this combination clears the virus more effectively than standard treatment alone.
