VECTORS - A Study to Evaluate Transmural Healing as a Treatment Target in Crohn's Disease
This study looks at new ways to treat Crohn's disease using a gentle scan called intestinal ultrasound. It aims to see if targeting 'transmural healing' – healing all layers of the bowel wall – alongside other measures, works better than standard care for people with moderately to severely active Crohn's.

A Study of Vedolizumab With and Without Upadacitinib in Adults With Crohn's Disease
This study looks at combining two medicines, vedolizumab and upadacitinib, for adults with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease. It aims to see if this combination better reduces bowel inflammation and ulcers compared to vedolizumab alone, and to check its safety.

A Study to Assess the Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Moderate to Severe Ulcerative Colitis Treated With Risankizumab Compared to Vedolizumab
This study compares two approved medicines, risankizumab and vedolizumab, for adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis who haven't tried similar treatments before. It looks at how safe and effective they are. Around 530 people will take part worldwide.

Safety and Efficacy of OD-07656 and of Subsequent Vedolizumab Therapy in Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis
