This study is testing a new cream for Prurigo Nodularis, a skin condition causing very itchy bumps. It compares a cream with the active medicine to a plain cream, to see if the new medicine can help reduce itchiness and improve the skin condition over 12 weeks.

A Phase 2, Double-Blind, Randomized, 16-Week, Vehicle-Controlled, Efficacy and Safety Study of Ruxolitinib Cream Followed by an Open-Label Extension Period in Adults With Chronic Hand Eczema
This study is testing a new cream called ruxolitinib for adults with ongoing hand eczema. It compares the new cream to a dummy cream to see how well it works and if it's safe over 16 weeks, with a longer open-label period.
