This study is testing a new cream called ruxolitinib for adults with moderate eczema. It aims to see if the cream helps reduce eczema symptoms and itching by comparing it to a cream with no medicine. Researchers will check results after 8 weeks.

This study is testing a new cream for people with very itchy skin lumps called Prurigo Nodularis. It wants to see if the cream, called ruxolitinib, can reduce itching compared to a cream without any medicine in it. The study aims to find out how well it works and if it's safe.
