HCRN Endoscopic Versus Shunt Treatment of Hydrocephalus in Infants

This study looks at two ways to treat hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain) in babies: a traditional tube (shunt) or a newer keyhole surgery. We want to see which one helps children's brain development and learning best, so families can make informed choices.
