A Study of Vepugratinib (LY3866288) in Participants With Cancer in the Urinary Tract
This study is testing a new medicine, vepugratinib, for advanced or spread bladder cancer. It will be given with two other drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, to see if it's safe and helps. It’s compared to a dummy medicine (placebo).

FORAGER-1: A Study of Vepugratinib (LY3866288; LOXO-435) in Participants With Cancer With a Change in a Gene Called FGFR3
This study is looking at a new medicine called LOXO-435 for cancers, especially bladder cancer, that have a specific gene change (FGFR3). It checks how safe and effective LOXO-435 is, both alone and with other standard treatments, to see if it can help patients.
