J1S-MC-JP04: A Randomized, Open-Label Phase 2 Study Evaluating Abemaciclib in Combination with Irinotecan and Temozolomide in Participants with Relapsed or Refractory Ewing’s Sarcoma

This study is looking at a new way to treat Ewing's sarcoma that has come back or hasn’t responded to previous treatments. It uses a tablet called Verzenios (abemaciclib) along with two chemotherapy drugs, irinotecan and temozolomide. Researchers want to see how well this combination stops the cancer from growing.
