Brentuximab Vedotin in Early Stage Hodgkin Lymphoma
This study is for people with early-stage Hodgkin Lymphoma. It compares two chemotherapy treatments, ABVD and A2VD, to see which works best. Treatment is adjusted based on scans, and patients are followed for at least 5 years.

Pediatric Low Grade Glioma - MEKinhibitor TRIal vs Chemotherapy
This study is looking at a new medicine called Trametinib for children and young adults with a specific type of slow-growing brain tumour called low-grade glioma. It compares Trametinib to a standard treatment, Vinblastine, to see if it works better at stopping the tumour from growing.

A(B)VD Followed by Nivolumab as Frontline Therapy for Higher Risk Patients With Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL)
