A Study to Compare Early Use of Vinorelbine and Maintenance Therapy for Patients With High Risk Rhabdomyosarcoma

This study looks at new ways to treat a type of cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma, which can be aggressive. We're testing if adding a drug called vinorelbine to standard treatment, and then using a 'maintenance' therapy, helps stop the cancer from coming back.
