This study is testing a new medicine, Vixarelimab, for two serious lung conditions: Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Systemic Sclerosis-Associated Interstitial Lung Disease. It aims to see if the medicine can improve lung function and safety compared to a dummy treatment.
