Exploring the effects of a natural seaweed supplement on digestion, health, and well-being

This study looks at a natural seaweed supplement called fucoidan. We want to see if it can help young adults (18-35) with their digestion, general health, and how they feel overall. It's a remote study, and you'd take capsules for 28 days.
