TRITON-PN: A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Nucresiran in Patients With Hereditary Transthyretin Amyloidosis With Polyneuropathy
This study is testing a new medicine called Nucresiran for people with hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis (hATTR) that affects their nerves. It aims to see how well the medicine works compared to current treatments to improve nerve problems, quality of life, and reduce the level of a harmful protein in the blood.

A Study to Evaluate Vutrisiran in Patients With Transthyretin Amyloidosis With Cardiomyopathy
