Duration of Cardiac Antimicrobial Prophylaxis Outcomes Study

This study looks at how long people need antibiotics after heart surgery to prevent infections. We're comparing short courses (just during surgery) with longer ones (24 or 48 hours after) to see which works best and is safest for patients.
