WHiTE16-DELPHIC: An investigation of people 60 years and over with a broken hip to determine whether they are less likely to have delirium after hip surgery if we treat them with corticosteroids during the operation

This study looks at whether a common drug called dexamethasone can stop confusion (delirium) in people over 60 who have hip surgery after breaking a hip. Half get the drug, half get usual care. We'll compare their recovery to see if it helps.
