Dairy Lipids and Cardiometabolic Risk

This study looks at how different types of dairy products affect heart health markers in adults with severe obesity. We're comparing low-fat dairy with whole-fat dairy, some of which has extra special fats from milk, to see if they help improve blood fats over three months.
