A Study Using Nivolumab, in Combination With Chemotherapy Drugs to Treat Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC)
This study looks at combining nivolumab, an immunotherapy drug, with chemotherapy and then radiation for young people with nasopharyngeal cancer. Researchers want to see if this new treatment can fight the cancer effectively, understand its side effects, and potentially reduce radiation for children.

A Study to Compare Early Use of Vinorelbine and Maintenance Therapy for Patients With High Risk Rhabdomyosarcoma
This study looks at new ways to treat a type of cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma, which can be aggressive. We're testing if adding a drug called vinorelbine to standard treatment, and then using a 'maintenance' therapy, helps stop the cancer from coming back.
