An Open-label Extension Safety Study of MELAS Patients Who Completed TIS6463-203 (PRIZM)
This study looks at the long-term safety of a medicine called zagociguat for people with MELAS syndrome. It's for patients who have already been part of a previous study. The medicine is taken daily, and we'll check how participants are doing over time.

A Phase 2b Study of Zagociguat in Patients With MELAS
This study is testing a new medicine, zagociguat, for people with MELAS syndrome. It aims to see if the medicine can help with tiredness and thinking abilities, and if it's safe. Participants will take either the medicine or a dummy pill over two 12-week periods.
