This study looks at how a cancer drug called niraparib (Zejula) affects patients with ovarian cancer. Researchers want to understand why some patients experience side effects like changes in their blood or kidney problems, by studying how the body handles the drug.

A Phase II, Randomized, Trial of Niraparib Versus Best Supportive Careas Maintenance Treatment In Patients With Locally Advanced Or Metastatic Urothelial Cancer Whose Disease Did Not Progress After Completion Of First-line Platinum-containing Chemotherapy (MEET URO 12)
This study is looking at a new medicine called Zejula for people with a type of bladder cancer (urothelial cancer) that has spread. It's for patients who have already had chemotherapy and whose cancer hasn't gotten worse. We want to see if Zejula can help keep the cancer from growing for longer.
