Studies to Assess Ziftomenib in Combination With Ven+Aza or 7+3 in Patients With Untreated NPM1-m or KMT2A-r AML
This study is testing a new drug, ziftomenib, for a type of blood cancer called AML. It combines ziftomenib with standard treatments for patients who haven't had treatment before, aiming to see if it works better than usual care alone.

First in Human Study of Ziftomenib in Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
This study is testing a new drug called ziftomenib for people with a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. It's the first time this drug is being used in people.
