Flapless Zygomatic Implants Robot-assisted Placement

This study is testing a new, robot-assisted way to place special dental implants called zygomatic implants. These are for people with very little jawbone. The aim is to see if using a robot makes the surgery safer and more accurate, helping improve dental results for patients.
